3 nights lodging at the SHE SHREDS COMPOUND in Nelson BC or the Pemberton Valley Lodge in Pemberton BC
2 day guided adventure and/or clinic with coach Julie-Ann Chapman in Nelson BC or Janice McWilliam in Pemberton BC
1 Polaris Pro RMK or Khaos sled rental for 2 days with all avalanche gear

She Shreds- Jumps & Drops Clinic

March 13-14 2021

This clinic is designed to help the advanced rider move to the next step of freeriding in the backcountry. Open for women and men. Its all about starting small with something you are comfortable with and moving to something bigger when you are ready. Lots of photos and videos will be taken of you to show your loved ones all the air miles you collect all weekend!

We will cover:

2 full day clinics on snow
Basic avalanche safety and how to manage avalanche terrain when hitting features
what throttle control is needed to hit features
what body positioning you should have to hit features
how to identify natural features to hit
how to build a safe jump
how to spot out and hit safe drops (if snow conditions permit)
Terrain assessment lessons
Snow assessment lessons
Riding and avalanche safety lessons
sled maintenance/personal set up lesson
1:5 coach:client ratio (numbers could be smaller if it is not sold out)
We will be doing an online meet and greet on ZOOM with a pre-trip lesson on Friday March 12 at 8pm.

She Shreds- 2 Day Advanced Clinic

As an advanced rider, you are ready to start sledding “outside of the box”. This is a clinic that will really push your technical skills in the tree’s, boosting off of features, and nailing “that line” with proper skills and throttle control. We will be doing an online meet and greet on ZOOM with a pre-trip lesson on Friday Feb 5 at 8pm than 2 full days on snow. If you can already sidehill but are really wanting to push yourself with obstacles around you and nailing technical lines, this is the clinic for you!

Spread over 2 days, its the perfect amount of time to work through all the skills progression lessons instead of compacting them all into 1 day. We will be doing an online meet and greet on ZOOM with a pre-trip lesson on Friday Jan 29 at 8pm

As an intermediate rider, your stamina and endurance is now starting to get a little stronger. If you somewhat know the basics like powder carving but are really starting to grow a passion for sledding and want to start to actually sidehill, this is the clinic for you! You don’t quite have the budget for a 2.5 day clinic, but still want to learn lots. Get ready to wiz past the skills progression lessons quickly to be able to compact it all into 1 day. We will be doing an online meet and greet on ZOOM with a pre-trip lesson on Friday Jan 15 at 8pm.
